Summit Information
Fees
There are various categories and fee levels for this event depending on size and nature of your company or organization. Please check with registration page for detailed information and where you fit.
Special Discount
Members of NTA and USTOA receive special discounts. Please see registration page for details.
Private Meetings
All participants will have the opportunity for private one-on-one meetings with Cuban counterparts to be arranged for them. These will allow each company to discuss its own business apart from the other participants.
Spouses/Companion
The fee per spouse/companion is $500, which entitles you to join the group at all receptions and meals. Admittance to the plenary sessions may be limited depending on space.
Hotel and Travel
Delegates should book their own transportation to and from Cancun. Reservations can be with the Gran Melia Resort Cancun Reservation Department by calling 52-(998) 881-1100 Ext. 6003, or by email at res.prepagos1@solmelia-mexico.com. Attendees should identify their participation with US-Cuba Travel Summit and NTA to receive the discounted rate of US $130 per room, per night (price does not include taxes or resort fees). Cancellation policy
There will be no charge for substitutions at any time. A 50% refund is available up to 30 days prior to the Summit, a 25% refund up to 14 days prior. No refund will be available after this deadline. All requests for refunds must be received in writing.
Registration Form
The registration form should be submitted so that each delegate and each spouse/companion has his/her own form.

Exhibition Information
There will be booths available for those companies which wish to exhibit their products and services. Cost is $750 and includes 6'X10' booth with skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 sign, and wastebasket.

The U.S. - Cuba Travel Summit is open to the press. But each member of the press must complete his/her own registration page and indicate press under Areas of Interest.
